You retain all ownership rights to the content you create and publish on Bitik. By publishing on our platform, you grant Bitik a non-exclusive license to display, distribute, and promote your work within the platform.

All content submitted to Bitik must comply with our community guidelines. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these guidelines or is deemed inappropriate, harmful, or illegal.
6. Editorial Review
Bitik operates a curated publishing model. Submitted works undergo editorial review before publication. We reserve the right to accept or decline submissions based on our quality standards.
7. Prohibited Uses
You may not use Bitik to publish plagiarized content, infringe on intellectual property rights, distribute malware, harass other users, or engage in any activity that violates applicable laws.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms. You may also delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately.

Bitik is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Bitik after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email or platform notification.
